Reach, Restore & Build
Recovery & Stabilization Program
Reach, Restore & Build (RRB) is a structured program designed to help individuals experiencing homelessness who are ready to pursue recovery, stability, and greater independence. Through individualized support, recovery resources, housing assistance, life skills, and accountability, participants work through three progressive phases.
Reach
The journey begins with assessment, relationship building, and stabilization. Participants work with Street Reach to identify needs, establish goals, connect with appropriate services, and prepare for the next stage of the program.
Restore
Participants focus on recovery and rebuilding stability through structured support, recovery activities, life skills, healthcare connections, mentoring, and progress toward individualized goals. Housing assistance may be provided as participants work toward greater stability.
Build
As participants gain stability, the focus shifts toward employment, financial responsibility, savings, and increasing independence. Support gradually decreases as participants prepare to sustain housing and continue moving forward independently.
What Participants Receive
- Safe, sober, and stable housing
- Case management and goal setting
- Access to transportation and essential services
